The Center for Positive Connections (TCPC) is a nationally-recognized, community-based, not-for-profit organization providing HIV health and prevention education, social and emotional support, mental health counseling, holistic health treatments for people living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHAs) and their loved one in South Florida.  Our mission statement is to provide educational, emotional, holistic and social support to those infected and affected by chronic illness, with a special emphasis on the HIV/AIDS community.  Join us November 19-20, 2010 for The SMART Ride 7!
