Our kids need your help!

We are again collecting an assortment of NEW, UNWRAPPED GIFTS for the 100 children (from toddlers to age 17) who will be attending the party.

While you are shopping for your family, think of these kids. Your gift can make all the world of difference in their lives. These may be the only gifts that they will receive this year.

Since we need time to sort through the donations, please drop off toys no later than December 12th.

• Walkmans, portable CD players
• Perfume, makeup kits, and jewelry of all kinds
• Teddy bears, baby dolls, and Barbie dolls (white & black)
• Trucks & cars (remote control a plus)
• Electronic organizers
• Educational games
• Watches (girls, waterproof & sports)
• Sheet sets (twin size)
• Sporting equipment(footballs, basketballs & hoops, baseballs, gloves & bats)
• Cameras and walkie-talkies
• Doll houses
• Gift baskets

9th Annual Holiday Kids Party benefiting Children Living With or Affected by HIV/AIDS

Supplies needed for the party:

1. Money for food, beverage & other party expenses (donate online)
2. Gift bags-100 large
3. Temporary tattoos
4. 600 Polaroid one step film (125 count)
5. Thank you cards (40 count)
6. 35 Sternos
7. Tissue paper - 25 packs / 500 sheets (based on 20 per pack)
8. Paper goods:
   • - 500 dinner napkins
   • - 200 9’ plates,150 7’plates,
9. 200 forks, knives, spoons,
10. 500 plastic cups
11. Tablecloths- 6 red oblong, 10 round (red/green)
12. Beverages -14 cases of sodas, waters, juices
13. Pointsiettas-2 dozen
14. Candy Canes and chocolate santas; 6 dozen each
15. Printing (certificates)
16. Face paints
17. Helium tank

The kids also ask for VCRs, TVs, computers and bicycles. We raffle theses items off. Teen items are the hardest to buy for, so please remember them.

And don’t forget, you can also volunteer to help us that day as one of our ELVES and Santa’s helpers. Toys can be dropped off at:
